|All products usually ship within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment, but
please allow up to 48 hours. Your product(s) should arrive in 7-10 business
days unless it is a large or preordered item. Large and preordered items
require additional delivery time, usually an additional 7-10 business days. In
order to offer you more products, we also use a drop ship distributor. Items
from this distributor are not carried in house, so they will ship and arrive to you
separately from the rest of your order. The product's description will let you
know if it will be shipped separately. If you need a faster shipping method for
in-stock/in-house items, please use the contact form and tell us which carrier
service you want. We will contact you within 24 hours with your shipping total.
For standard ground service we use flat rate shipping. Please refer to the
chart below for pricing. We do not charge handling fees. We also ship

|Due to the fact that we carry many hard to find pet items, one minute our
shelves can be stocked and the next minute, depleted. All products are
subject to availability. All orders are processed on a first come first served
basis. If your product is out of stock, you will be notified within 48 hours and
will have the options of 1) receiving a full refund, 2) receiving a store credit for
the full amount, or 3) you may preorder the item and simply wait an extra week
or so to receive it.
|All sales are final. In order to receive a refund, less shipping and handling, the
item must be returned in unused condition and postmarked within 3 shipping
business days of receiving the item, and must qualify as an acceptable return.
Acceptable returns are items that are damaged inside the box , in house
items(in stock), and items that are inaccurately described. All other returns must
be approved and are subject to refusal. All approved returns are subject to a
restocking fee of up to 30% to recover costs associated with shipping. We
reserve the right to issue a store credit in place of a refund, though this is not
store practice. We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping,
unless insurance is purchased, or damages that occur once you have received

associated with return shipping. Orders cannot be canceled once processed.
We do not do returns on any large or heavy items, such as terrariums, hoods,
lights, cages, etc., or on any product ordered directly from our vendors or

Any product that carries a warranty does so through the manufacturer, which is
who you will need to contact. However, we do ask, so that we can make sure we
only carry quality products, that you let us know which products are faulty, why
and how they are faulty, if they are warrantied, and how the manufacturer
